Accommodation The accommodation at The Grove consists of six charming en-suite rooms, all of which have been recently refurbished. Warm and comfortable, they are ideal for an overnight stay or a weekend break to explore the outstanding local area. Included in the room rate is a full English breakfast. Our accommodation, which has its own entrance, consists of two single rooms (The Mayhew and The Lambert - Rms 1 & 2) and two double rooms (The Burhill and The Bridmere - Rms 3 & 4) on the first floor, whilst on the second floor there is the Twin Room (The Stradling - Rm5) and also the Family Room (The Warwick - Rm6). Also located on the first floor is The Residents Lobby which is available for those residents wishing to make tea or coffeee, have a quiet read, play board games or watch television together. It is often used by our guests attending weddings, who arrive early and need to gather together with a snack before leaving. ... Hairdryers, iron/ironing board, shoe polish and even cuff links (!) are available, please ask at the bar for these items. Current Rates for 2008 Single (Rms 1 & 2) = £48 Double/Twin (Rms 3,4 & 5)= £78 Family Room (Rm 6) = £100 Additional beds can be provided in some rooms at a small charge. We do not provide cots but are happy to accommodate your travel cot in certain rooms. Please discuss your needs on booking. Dogs may be accepted at our discretion. Dogs for the blind always accepted. A wide choice for breakfast is served between 8am and 9am, except by prior arrangement. The Grove Arms Restaurants and Accommodation is a NO SMOKING environment. We do not have any bedrooms dedicated to the smoking fraternity. I do not wish to be heavy handed here but please note it is against UK law to smoke in any of our rooms and current local authority fines are £250 for the customer but £2500 for us! So please consider others and us and if you must then smoke outside under the large patio umbrella provided for such use. We operate a cancellation policy.
